Shi Qi leads the patent practice of the Intellectual Property team at Tian Lan Law Firm, overseeing patent-related services and matters.
She holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University and a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary University of London.
With more than 15 years of experience in domestic and international patent applications, litigation, and non-litigation matters, she specializes in the identification of patentable inventions, patent prosecution and portfolio development, technology protection, and patent infringement risk analysis in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and chemical fields. She also has extensive practical experience in international patent applications and overseas patent portfolio development.
